Fuerteventura

Barnaby has been to Fuerteventura. This is a warm island in the Atlantic Ocean. Many tourists go there every year because it has lovely beaches and good weather. It is a very good place to go in winter because it is still quite warm.

Fuerteventura is one of the Canary Islands. There are three Canary Islands. The other two are called Lanzarote and Gran Canaria.

The currency is the Spanish Peseta.

It is 3 1/2 hours by plane from England.
